Let's talk "Buyer's Agent"

So many people are confused about the concept of a buyer's agent, and what they actually bring to the table.

Here is what I would bring to the table;

Fiduciary Duty, to the buyer and not the seller. That means pointing out that we can negotiate price, or closing costs. Things the sellers agent will never admit, because they do not work for you. Or telling you this building is a land lease, that is coming due and the common charges are about to double.

Hand Holding, from the initial consultation all the way to the closing table. And beyond. There are always so many questions, and do you really want to start asking the seller's agent, who will report everything to the seller?!

At the end of the day you need guidance , and someone on your team.
